Domestic security shutters are manufactured in aluminium. Roché’s range of continental insulated security shutters offer homeowners an attractive and affordable solution to the threat of intruders. Added benefits of many of our security shutters include protection against sunlight, as well as heat and sound insulation. Security shutters are available in a standard range of colour coatings. Extruded shutters can be powder-coated any RAL colour to match building aesthetics. Domestic security shutters can be manual or electric operation. Manual shutters are operated via cord, geared winding handles or spring & lock operation. Electric security shutters can be remote controlled or hard wired. Electric security shutters can be controlled individually or in a group dependent on situation. Roché typically offer 3 alternate security shutter products to the domestic market: - The 2055 insulated shutter is the traditional domestic option.
- The M511 insulated shutter is a similar style, but has the added benefit of being to span up to 5m opening widths.
- The 2001 extruded shutter is typically specified where a high level of security is needed. The product is popular in the commercial field.
