Roché’s range of security shutters are utilised in a variety of commercial and industrial applications, including office buildings, shopfronts and large industrial doors. There are a number of alternate shutter profiles and looks available dependent on size and customer preference. Product development is ongoing and Roché has complimented its range of standard shutters with 'Vision Profile' slats to meet the demands of many local authorities for see-through protection. Aluminium shutters combine strength and style, allowing the specifier the opportunity to offer clients an aesthetically pleasing solution, without compromising security. Steel security shutters are installed in large commercial applications (20m2 + ) and wherever fire protection is a must. Foam filled profiles are available in a range of standard colours are often utilised in domestic and light commercial applications, offering heat and sound insulation. Stronger extruded aluminium and rollformed steel profiles are utilised in higher security applications. Extruded aluminium and steel profiles can be powder coated any RAL colour to match corporate colours etc. Roché typically offer alternate security shutter products to the commercial market dependent on application: - The M511 & 2077 insulated security shutters are popular in low- medium security commercial applications. The M511 rolls into a relatively compact housing (205mm – 250mm). The 2077 requires a larger enclosure (typically 300mm), but can be utilized in areas of up to 16m2.
- The 2001 extruded shutter is typically specified where a high level of security is needed. The compact nature of the housing and product strength lends itself to the commercial office field, but the shutter is limited to a maximum size of 9.5m2. Punched and perforated vision sections can be incorporated as required - V37/P37 profile.
- The E77 is the big brother of the 2001 security shutter and can cover up to 25m2. Again, punched and perforated vision sections can be incorporated for quality aesthetics - V77/P77 profile.
- For large industrial applications (25m2) and locations where aesthetics is less of an issue Roché install the S76 product. The S76 can be non insulated or insulated.
- The FS Steel Fire Shutter is a stylish fire safety solution that is proving increasingly popular in canteen serveries and reception counters. Fire shutters can be rated from 1 hour to 3 hours dependent on size and specification. Fire shutters are now electric as standard and can be linked via relay to the fire alarm. Fuseable link activation is also available if no fire alarm in situ. A variety of other control options (audio visual etc) are available as required.
