Privately owned and part of a group of construction related businesses, Roché has been manufacturing products for the commercial market since 1985 and in 2000 we expanded our operations to incorporate domestic installations. Much of our business is 'word of mouth' recommendation and Roché believe this is testimony to our customer service and after sales support. In terms of manufacture, delivery and installation of products, typical lead times are 3-4 weeks. However, all roller shutter products are manufactured in our purpose built factory and Roché is therefore unique in that we are in complete control of the supply process and able to supply product within a few days if circumstances require.
